I need a new sink installed plus i also need insulation of hot water

Hi there, I have a property around Stratford station. I need to remove the kitchen food dispenser unit, and just re-route the water drainage to the main kitchen sink. I attach pictures showing it. Basically, water is dripping from the food-dispenser unit. I don't need the food dispenser, so looking for help to 'remove' it, and re-route the pipe to the kitchen sink. Or maybe just seal up the food-dispenser sink. Kind regards

The boiler in the flat is broken, I have installed an electric shower in the main bathroom so tenants can have hot shower. However, the one currently being installed (please see photos of its specs) is not strong and hot enough, so I would like to replace it with a better one. If possible, I would also like to install one in the ensuite, although it is further away from the fuse room (see floor plan attached, the "C" room right next to the main bathroom is where the fuse box and boiler are). I want to hire someone to: 1) Choose a good model of electric shower for my needs (I want something that can provide strong and hot water for a long period of time, is easy to operate, and will not be broken easily, e.g. if the tenant switches on the shower but forgot to turn on the cold water in tap, it won't burn out within). Please only choose it from major UK retailers like ScrewFix. The quote for your job will NOT include the cost of the electric shower(s), but you will need to buy them (I will reimburse you) and bring them to my flat. 2) Someone who is Part P qualified (and any other relevant certificates needed to perform this job). I will need electric safety certificate(s) for the showers and the wiring. Our kitchen tap is dripping. We think it’s probably the cold water valve/washer which needs replacing. The water runs normally when switched off. Domestic residence.

Set up muslim shower in my loo

Need 2 tasks done - (1) toilet flush cover reinstalled as it has come loose. Flush itself and water connection is all fine, just the cover needs replacement and/or fixing and (2) hot water in one of the bathrooms not working (working other parts of house). Not sure what the cause is - need to someone to check and fix as needed.

Hi! We are looking for a certified plumber for this issue. We have this shower system. We have a shower hose that is brand new and we have just replaced it, and when we bought it new, it had new elastic inside. However, even with this replacement and new elastic, the shower head/hose continued to leak, so we put a second elastic inside the hose. It is still leaking. We are trying to understand why, even when we don't use the shower for a couple days, this hose continues to leak. When it leaks, without using the shower for a couple days, it is a lot of water- cups of water can fill up. We want someone to tell us why this is leaking and how it must be fixed. If you know how to fix it, it would be great! We don't want the tiles on the wall broken.

Pipes need unblocking in main bathroom. Drain cleaner and plunging is not working, needs something more substantial. It’s impacting the shower and the sink.

I turned on my washing machine and dish washer at the same time then water was coming out of the washing machine door. For about 1 week, I keep seing water under my fridge. Initially the water was brownish now it is clear water. Can someone please check what causes the leaks? Thank you
