1) Kitchen faucet is not steady. We’ve fixed the screw few times but after few days the screw comes loose again 2) Toilet seat also wobbles 3) detached part from shower requires fixing

The tank is sealed with silicone, so some tools to remove it/reseal it could be necessary

Hello, I need a professional plumber who can do a check up of the heating system and boiler. My main concern is that, everytime I use the hot water, there are noises coming from the pipes at my neighbor's flat upstairs, and we would like to investigate why this is happening. Pipe under sink has come out of line and slotting it back in doesn’t work as still leaks out - might need a piece of plastic or rubber just to keep it in place. Will be a five minute job.

Integrated dishwasher is leaking water From the bottom of the front door… unsure whether it just needs a new seal or not.

Leak in the bathtub needs to be repaired and the drain resealed.

Water leaks from from both the tip and base of the tap . It has loosened up the tap and recently it started leaking from the pipes too. I might need to change the tap but i need a proffessional opinion and lndlord’s approval first so the first time will be a check up and potential fixings but not the actual tap changing - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 10 December 2023
