There has been a slow leak from our shower, which I believe is from cracked grouting. Once it was discovered it had already rotted away some of the plywood under the bathtub. I need someone to inspect/possibly repair the floor under the bathtub and also reseal the shower, so that it no longer leaks. Since covering the bathroom tiles in plastic, the leaking has stoped.

I had a new boiler approx 4 months ago. Since then, it constantly loses pressure and needs refilling about once a week/fortnight. It is leaking from both of the radiators valves, so need this tightened or taped, and also new inhibitor in the system for the boiler.

I have a valiant gas boiler which has recently been serviced by British gas. Boiler needs repressurising but open close valves are stuck. These need opening. There is a problem with water temperature to bath. The kitchen tap is scalding but the bath water is lukewarm. The feed pipes need checking. The boiler and central heating work fine apart from these two issues. Boiler is only 5 years old. Im seeking qualified plumber with good feedback. Im Islington near Angel tube.
