The plastic pipes under my sink are constantly coming undone, despite us fixing and tightening the bolts. It has become loose and might be missing some rubber parts.

We have an outdoor tap that is leaking. It need two things: one, the tap itself needs replacing with a standard outdoor tap with a thread so that a hose attachment fits. Second we suspect that there is a leak under the paving tile which my need to be lifted and repaired.

UPDATE: no new offers please - my leak seems to have stopped on its own so I am waiting for a day or two to see if problem actually needs professional attention. If not I will delete this job. I live in a one-bedroom flat. The bathroom sink has started leaking water from underneath the bowl onto the tiles below. When I run the tap I can see drops forming on both of the bendy pipes (with red and blue markings which I assume are for hot and cold water supply) behind the big silver pipe. I also thought there might be a blockage in the pipes directly beneath sink bowl as water has started to drain from the sink slower than usual. Preference to do job on a weekday, I work from home so I can be flexible.
