The pipe under toilet sink is leaking

I've recently had my bathroom tiles reinstalled and I think the builder hasn't connected the toilet or something else correctly, because there's a terrible smell coming out of the pipes

Need help with pipe leaking under the kitchen sink

The hot water will run hot then cut out and be cold, then run hot briefly and then cold again when running a bath. Last winter after a boiler service, they thought the issue could be the water overheating. The problem stopped in the summer when we weren't using central heating, but is back now. Please can you diagnose and fis the issue.

Only available Monday to Friday. Sink leaks on u bend. Tried sealant, not working. Think need new u bend equipment fitted.

Kitchen tap is leaking from the cold water handle - slow leak but speeds up when that handle is used.

I have two shower fixtures that both have small broken bits of plastic that mean the shower head does not hold. I need both of these fixing. I would need the tasker to explain in advance what they would require to fix these - for example, entirely new shower fixtures, tiles etc.

I need to put in a tap to water garden- either outside which may not be poss or under the kitchen sink as a last resort. There is concrete under the kitchen floor (next to the garden) due to underfloor heating. The sink where the pipes are is about 3 metres from the garden - Due date: Before Sunday, 5 June 2022
