Hi there, We currently have a leak coming from our Fohen hot water tap. I have tried to identify the reason for the leak as it sometimes comes out of the base where the tap meets the counter top and sometimes out of the middle part of the tap where it swivels. It isn't leaking below so I think there is some sort of blockage or breakdown of seals that is causes too much pressure and forcing water out.

I have a slightly loose kitchen tap - unless on a really low pressure it leaks so needs to be tightened

Hi there, I’ve just moved into an older flat and need help with a small kitchen plumbing project. Scope of Work: 1.Install a tabletop dishwasher next to kitchen sink -Connect cold water inlet to the mains (next to kitchen sink) -Connect waste outlet into the existing under-sink waste pipe -Drill two holes through the kitchen counter (next to the sink) to pass inlet and waste hoses 2.Replace existing kitchen tap -Remove current tap -Install a new modern swan-neck tap with a pull-out spray (tap will be supplied) Access Details: The dishwasher will be positioned directly next to the sink, and the plumbing junctions under the sink are fairly easy to reach — there is no issue with cutting away additional back board of the rear of cabinet to make access easier, the cupboard is fronted by removable drawers for easier access. Please bring any tools needed.

I have a leak in my shower. I want to re do the sealant as a first step to see if that is the problem

We have an Aqualla freestanding bath shower mixer tap - https://aquallabrassware.com/taps/kyloe-freestanding-bath-shower-mixer The control you push/pull to turn the shower head on/off needs to be replaced, as it currently leaks a lot. We have the replacement part, but cannot remove the existing one. We also need to be careful when removing it so as not to scratch the tap.

Replace leaking pipe (metal) of sink

On my Sage Barista Express (c 3 years old), hot water and steam recently started coming out of the group head rather than the dedicated hot water tap or steam wand on the side. I have tried descaling but it has not fixed the issue. Reading up on the problem, it sounds like it may be a solenoid issue and replacing and/or cleaning and reinstalling could resolve it.

Our pipes at the outside of our house need to be unblocked. The pipe system from our kitchen sink to bath plughole are connected. Water is coming back up of the bath and drains very slowly. We have had this issue before. It was solved by disconnecting one of the pipes at the side of our house, filling up the kitchen sink to build up pressure, then letting the water push blockages out. We could probably do this ourselves but do not have a ladder to access (pipes are upstairs first floor). The last person who fixed this also used a drain coil to help get out the blockages.
