The electric shower unit in the bathroom is not working. I believe it's due to a broken pull chord switch but this needs to be checked and confirmed.

Replace shower head and arm. Simple shower head (one head) with simple L shaped arm connecting to the wall. All must be replaced by a new shower head.

The toilet started leaking and we need help to fix it

Shower trap has unfastened from waste in upstairs shower. It isn't easily accessible from the bathroom where the shower is so I have tried to fix from the room below by going in through the ceiling but can't get a proper connection.

My boiler is an unvented cylinder boiler. It was working fine but it didn’t have hot water since last night. I’ve checked the main power which is fine.

We have installed a water filter. I just need a plumber to cut into main under the sink. Unfortunately when I do so there is a tiny leakage coming from it and no mater how much I tightening it or use ptfe tape it won’t stop the tiny leak. The leak happens from the part shows in the picture and in order to fix it we need a water froze in the pipe or cut of the main supply which I’m not sure where it is in the building. I need you to come with this piece with you if you’re taking the job. Shouldn’t take more than 30’min if you know what you’re doing.

happy to drop it to you if it makes it easier, its an EcoAir DD1 classic mark6. Its leaking a little from the bottom and its not due to the water tank - really need a quote to see if its worth repairing.

First time property purchase, looking for someone to help us with a few plumbing and heating related issues. For example, we need to replace expansion vessel on boiler, install earth wire on gas meter, replace WC cistern ball valve & syphon and install mains booster pump. I have just purchased brand new mixer taps for both my bath and and bathroom sink and I would like them fitted as soon as possible. I have attached pictures of the chrome taps that are in place now and the brand new fittings and instructions for them. I would like the chrome ones removed and the black ones fitted in their place. After a couple of guys messaged me to 'mansplain' that I had purchased the incorrect fitting for my bath, please see the instructions attached - the 'tails' are in the first image posted. I hope this helps the 'mansplainers' out there :-)))

Detach bbq gas valve from hose to feed it through new hole on worktop. Reattach it to hose once fed through new hole. It should be fairly straightforward.
