Find an experienced local plumber in Balham

Washing machine pipe (hot water) needs changing. The red pipe is leaking and I require someone to pull the washing machine and change it.

All sinks are blocked and not draining. When the washing machine is on, waste and foul smell backs up into the bathtub, so it appears all drains are interlinked. Yesterday we used a chain and found a blockage just below the sink/entrance to the pipes, which we think is the main issue. Will likely require rodding, but best to check all areas with a camera to make sure everything is clear. Please provide a fixed cost for the job. Looking for someone who can attend tomorrow morning.

The pipes under the sink have come apart and won’t go back together. The seal on the inside seems to have come apart as well.

The shower seal is leaking water onto the bathroom floor, which leaks into the downstairs neighbour's flat through the ceiling. I need somebody to come and inspect the seal, and either remove the old one and replace it, or just add some more sealant to the tray to stop the leaking.

the toilet is leaking from where the water pipe enters, the cistern, the problem is access, the toilet is a very tight fit and difficult to get spanner around the back, , maybe just needs tightening, but cant get access. Price is to fix leak

A reasonably new Howdens kitchen tap is leaking that needs to be fixed.

I have recently bought a new filter shower head to replace my old one. The screw nexk is old & i cant fully unscrew the previous shower head neck due to limescale. This also may need a new part - for which I can increase the job amount for

Shower head is broken and needs removing, but has been part sealed, so seal needs removing and tool to unscrew the head, and attach new one.

Our shower tap is stuck and needs fixing/replacement. We are looking for someone to come take a look at it and fix it.

I am looking to install a slimeline dishwasher in a cabinet unit, in order make it "built-in". This will require 2 tasks: 1) adjust the wooden cabinet to allow the dishwasher to fit in the cabinet - this wouldn't be able to accommodate a dishwasher the way it is 2) prepare the necessary plumbing to allow a dishwasher to be fit in. The cabinet where I want to fit in the dishwasher is located next to the kitchen sink, which would hopefully help in building the required pipes. Flexible around dates & time on this

Our electric shower is running boiling hot or ice cold. From previous experience it probably means it’s full of lime scale and needs to be replaced. I understand this is not a very complicated job, but someone would need to buy one and and install it. The price quoted excludes material, I would hope you could buy one and I would obviously pay for that too. - Due date: Flexible
