Kitchen sink smells, I believe the pipes need changing. Because of that, when I use a washing machine, the water is a bit smelly, in turn, it ruins the machine and the clothes. Also, the kitchen sink is a big source of fruitflies, I've tried pulling in hot water, different chemicals etc, they just keep spawning, especially in summer.

We need the sink in our kitchen to be replaced with a new one and a small rectangular dishwasher to be installed below it. (There is space, we've measured everything) We then would like our kitchen worktops to be replaced with new laminate ones. Cut outs will be required to allow for the sink and cooker hob. We have purchased everything so we will only require you to fit everything. Then lastly we need you to remove one radiator from our living room wall.

I need to replace my old kitchen sink tap (see picture), with a new one with a pull down spray. I've taken a picture of what the sink underneath looks like too as the washing machine and dishwasher go into the main drainage. This area will be cleared of the cleaning products in the picture.

*UPDATED PICTURES* Hello! I have a leaking pipe underneath my kitchen sink that needs fixing. There is minimal water flow from the leak, but only discovered yesterday evening. I have turned the sink valves off for now, to prevent any further leaking. I've also placed yellow cloth around the blue pipe and a small jug underneath. *This has temporarily stopped the leaking* Please note that this is the first leaking issue I've had with the kitchen sink in 6 years since its build. Pictures are attached below (with and without the yellow cloth), and it's the blue pipe that has been leaking. Please let me know your availability to resolve and happy to answer any questions. My dishwasher suddenly stopped working. Its fairly new so maybe something is not right but need someone to look at whats going on. Plus kitchen sink is leaking very gradually.. May be these two things are conncted I'm not sure. Need someone who can take a look and fix it.
