Flooring: • Install new floor boards (plywood or suitable wet room flooring boards) securely over existing joists and insulation (see photos). • Make sure the floor is level, solid, and ready for tiling. • Tidy up insulation and ensure pipework is properly laid before boarding. 2. Plumbing (Second Fix): • Complete second fix plumbing for the wet room — connect and test shower mixer, hot and cold feeds, and waste pipes. • Check that all fittings are in correct positions for tiling and final fit-out. Current condition: • Floorboards have been removed, insulation and copper pipework are visible (see photos). • First fix plumbing has already been done. • The space is ready for boarding and second fix work.

I was standing on the top part of my sofa bed (picture with radiator behind it) and the metal springs and poles(the longer twisty piece of the metal on the left of the picture including the hand) popped out of their designated slots. It’s been like this for some time now so some springs are tighter than others and so its really hard to put the springs back in . I am missing none of the springs but I am missing three of the metal poles. The metal poles slot in small holes on the underside part of the frame. Please let me know if you know where to purchase the metals poles and if you would also install them as the tension in the springs makes it hard to move the netting. Metal poles will be payed for.
