I need to install a blind in the bedroom, the fixing to attach it to the ceiling is broken. The blind has to hang outside the window frame and the walls and ceiling are concrete.

I have two windows that are not closing correctly and are in need of maintenance.

Three internal doors in the flat no longer close properly and will likely need adjusting and possibly trimming. I also have one internal door that currently swings inward which I would like changed to swing outward into the corridor. There is an existing door frame that currently holds the door and prevents it opening outward, so the frame may need to be adjusted or partially moved to allow this. In total, this is work on four internal doors.

Front metal garden gate hinge/bolt has pulled loose from the masonry wall and hole is now too large for normal fixing. Damaged area needs cleaned out & repaired (possibly requiring anchors or another strong fixing) then refit and align the gate so it opens and latches smoothly plus make good the brick/mortar.

The floor stand needs tightening as if no longer stands up on its own. The electrics still work but the lamp frame all needs to be made more sturdy.
