Refit or reseal plinth under the shower (loose; water getting underneath causing condensation). Secure or reseal two loose tiles beneath the shower area. Replace or cover damaged/discoloured panel under the sink (between toilet and cupboard) — ideally with waterproof PVC cladding or tiling. Check extractor fan (new unit fitted but not switching off). Kitchen: Remove old silicone and reseal neatly around the window, sink, and hob. Staircase / Bannister: Repair or replace bannister — top section is loose again. Possibly fit a new bannister and side panel for a sturdier, cleaner look. Outside (Roof Area): Seal small hole near the roof where squirrels are getting in (was previously sealed about two years ago; long ladder needed).
