The flashing appear to be rusty and allow water penetration to a joint in the wood, need resealing it will need someone who can get to the top of the conservatory to replace flashing and seal the hole that allow water penetrarion so must have done this type of work before. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 29 December 2022

Earlier this year during a period of bad weather, we've had debris strike parts of our conservatory roof resulting in some cracks/chips. As a temporary solution, waterproof tape was used to seal and protect the roof from bad weather, but it seems like after 6 or so months, I believe the tape is slowly coming off. There are currently no leaks yet, but we don’t want to leave it to get to that state. Ideally, we want a more permanent solution, but we don't have a big budget to cover a full replacement. Maybe you know of a solution to seal the dents and cracks? Or alternatively, as a short term fix, just to re-tape with waterproof tape to last us through the winter. I believe the material of the roof is a plastic like material. Any chance you could provide some quotes or pop by to have a look at what can be done?
