I have a Big Boi Washr Pro MKII pressure washer that appears to have suffered internal damage due to freezing overnight inside my van (which is stored outside). Since this incident, the unit still powers on and functions, but the pressure and flow have dropped significantly. When feeding water through the machine using my diaphragm pump, it seems there is an internal blockage, as the flow becomes restricted once it reaches and passes through the unit. I believe the issue is likely related to the plumbing/internal components rather than anything electrical, as the reduced water flow is noticeable even before the pump engages fully. Ideally, I’d like to have the machine inspected and repaired if possible, as the unit cost around £700. However, if it cannot be fixed, I will need to look into a replacement. I run a mobile valeting business and expect my network to expand, so I’m also looking to establish a long-term contact for future repairs and servicing to avoid replacing entire units whenever problems arise.
