I’m looking for this stair case wall to be painted

We have a small room in our house we’ve been trying to redecorate, we have stripped the walls and started sanding but only have a small hand sander and didn’t realise how much time it would take! Looking for someone with their own wall sander to sand and wash walls for us ready to paint. Neither of us have enough time around have a toddler and working full time and we are sick of the room being half finished and covered in dust!

I started decorating a small bedroom but realised I have no idea how to wallpaper a wall. Taken old wallpaper off. Just need two smallish walls re-wallpapered with basic white wallpaper which we will paint over. Doesn't need to be perfect as house is going on the market once done. Wall 1: 182X215cm Wall 2: 248X240cm Will pay for cost of materials on top of labour.
