chandeliers need to put in; tumble dryer has installation fixing

I have a 2/3 bedroom apartment with an HVAC system that needs servicing and ducts that need cleaning. (Tenants in the apartment report there are moths in one of the vents.)

2 smoke alarms and 1 heat alarm - needs to be taken down and replaced with new ones (already purchased). They are ceiling fitted and i do not think electrics need to be adjusted. just need to be screwed. there is free 3 hour parking below the property

Light fitting in bathroom not working unsure if its a connection roblem

Hi there, The window in the bedroom won’t close. I think the lock is broken. The oven has broken down. There is no heat, just the fan working. And the cooker hobs go on and off so none of them stay on to be able to cook. Also, when I try to use the microwave, the fuse always goes down in the fuse box and then all of the plug sockets in the living room stop working including the microwave. There is also a light in the living area which is constantly flickering. Thanks, Ruth

My cooker stopped working while cooking and it’s not coming on; I’ve checked the fuse box but the switch is switched on properly but power is not supplied to the cooker switch

I want to replace 3 on/off switches with dimmer - one of these is a 2-way hallway switch, another is in a living room and the third in a bedroom. I have all dimmable lamps, but no dimmers. I want the space around dimmer switches to be filled and finished upon installation. Install a one ceiling lamp in the living room - I have the ceiling lamp and fixing materials. (The budget is a placeholder)

The existing wooden worktop is slightly too small for the new appliance. The worktop requires about 2cm to be removed from one side with an electric saw. Requires appropriate sealant to be applied around hob/worktop. The hob needs to be wired into an existing “choc block” connector by a qualified electrician in order to comply with the landlord’s regulations. Estimated job should take 2hours max.

The switch has broken so I need the switch and cover to be changed by a qualified electrician. It is a double switch unit but only one switch is for the bathroom, I have never known what the other switch was for. Switch in kitchen for cooler tripping out oven and not staying on

Two electric switches are not working in my kitchen and need replacing.

I have two brackets screwed into a part of my sofa that are in the wrong place by a standard hand drill isn't strong enough to get them out. Need someone with a drill that plugs into the mains to unscrew and rescrew in the correct place. Also, a hinge on an Ikea flat-pack wardrobe door has come away. Hoping it is repairable by someone knowledgeable in such things?
