The flats had a tenancy clean two months ago, but it has been empty since. I like to move some furniture in on Tuesday. Because the flat has been empty for two months. Lots of dust on the floor. Floor is all wood and needs an all moped. One ensuite bathroom needs cleaning. Inside windows and surrounding the area arounds the windows need cleaning from inside. Must be comfortable using 2 steps stool to reach the cupboards and windows. Step ladder is metal and meets EU standard in terms of safety. There are no bathroom cupboards or bedroom cupboards to clean, just the kitchen cupboards. There is no grease or dirt just dusty. And the kitchen sink to clean. The kitchen sink and the inside windows are optional. If you don’t have experience of that, just let me know. But I still need the surrounding window edges dusted and wiped. All the cleaning products will be provided. There is a tiny landing outside the flat with 12 carpeted steps, needs vacuum. £60 without windows. £80 with windows. you can’t bring an extra person with you if you wish, additional £25 for the second person, but I’m sure with a 2nd person you could get it done in 2 hours. i’m happy to negotiate the price.
