I’m looking for an experienced floor sanding specialist to restore the timber floor in a small front room in my house in East London. The floor is engineered oak (I believe), and has surface scratches, scuff marks and some black marks from general wear. Before committing to the work, I’d like you to assess whether the floor has sufficient wear layer to be professionally sanded and refinished. If suitable, I’m looking for: * Light sanding of the existing floor * Filling any minor gaps if required * Professional finish with a durable matt lacquer or hardwax oil (happy to discuss the best option) * Leave the floor looking as close to new as possible The room is approximately 7.4 m² (around 2.3 m × 3.2 m). 2 tasks for a competent carpenter: 1. Repair or replace cabinet door to under-counter fridge in a fitted kitchen. The kitchen came from Howden’s, which is a 7 min walk from the property.

No idea on a realistic budget for this so just added the minimum price - We have 2 ikea cabinets which we want to box in so that they appear to be built in, and then add floating shelves above this. Probably a total of 7 shelves. Included an AI mock up for reference.
