Need help fitting a bathroom cabinet to the wall (plasterboard)

I need an old staircase, handrail and balustrade to be stripped of paint, taken back to original wood, sanded and refinished. If the original wood is in good shape, this will be finished and varnished. If not, it will be painted (colour to be supplied). There are FIVE floors of stairs, so not a quick job. See photos - the blue colour is what needs removing, taking back to original wood, sanded shaped and refinished. The blue risers also need stripping back and refinishing (likely white but paint will be supplied once an assessment of original wood can be completed). Chemical stripper only, no heat guns - this is likely to be lead paint and we are concerned about fire risk. Please only quote if you have experience doing this and carpentry skills to refinish wood, this is a listed building and requires era-appropriate solutions.

I need someone experienced in carpentry or finish work to properly secure decorative wood trim/molding to a wall (single trim). The trim has been positioned and taped in place but needs to be firmly attached using a finish nailer (gun panelling or brad nailer) for a clean, professional look. I’d like some to finish off a kitchen cupboard. The unit needs a door made from scrap wood (will be supplied) so that it matches the current kitchen. Also the door then needs fitting along with a alteration to the bottom of the same unit (needs about 3-5mm trimmed off a section of wood with a router)
