Janome Memory Craft 8000 - Blank Screen Issue When I power on the machine, the light and screen both turn on, but nothing appears on the screen—it’s completely blank, and the touchscreen buttons don’t respond. We have a push/turn (dim) light that when it is pushed in, is very hard to get working again. You have to push it in/out many times, very finicky. I need someone who can come and get the job done at the same time.
