My tenant says: “Our washing machine has broken in the flat - it fills up with water then locks and doesn’t drain any of the water out. It says error code e18 which apparently means drainage is blocked somewhere.” The washing machine is a Siemens iQ300 washer/dryer. Looking online it seems like it should hopefully be a quick fix and is just some sort of blockage in the pump or pipe. Hello, Our Dyson DC41 has broken recently (the changeover hose has broken/no suction). I've managed to get the replacement parts but can't find a clear enough guide online to replace it myself/not 100% clear on what tools I need to repair it.
