My 2007 Mini S (automatic) is emitting white smoke, especially when I turn on the air conditioning or heating. Additionally, the area on the passenger side where the right leg rests (see attached image with ⭕️) gets very hot. I recently bought this Mini, and it previously had a transmission issue, but the transmission was completely replaced. I'm not sure why these issues are occurring, and I would like someone to check it.
