To install or repair your items, an appliance technician will visit your home or property. The exact inclusions with your appliance service will depend on the item you need to be installed or repaired. I just bought a new washer dryer for my new flat but it turned out to be a bit too big. The installers wedged it so tightly into the space under the kitchen counter that it's totally stuck there. There's apparently no way to make purchase on it from the top. I've managed to yank it maybe 0.5cm by grasping and pulling the drum but that's it. I first want to get the machine unstuck, then get parts of the surrounding kitchen counter and skirting board sawn / planed away so that the machine can sit in the alcove comfortably in future with a bit of space around it, and can be easily moved thereafter.
Super-impressed and extremely happy with the work. Oleksandr is friendly and polite and his pre-job communication was excellent. He knows household appliances inside out and not only applied Herculean strength to wrenching my washing machine out of its tight spot, he applied a simple trick that saved me having to damage the area surrounding it. He had the job completed in 20 minutes. Highly recommended *****
