We have a space for an integrated fridge freezer and the company can’t install it because the base isn’t level (and therefore the doors won’t line up etc) and needs replacing. We need a new base installed so it’s level and ideally a new vent.

Smashed the glass on my hob dropping a pan on it. have ordered a replacement just need someone to fit it and ensure it works and is safe

The washer-dryer is not heating. I tested the Cotton 60°C programme and after 10–15 minutes the door glass remained completely cold. It appears the heating element or temperature sensor may have failed. The machine otherwise runs normally and shows no error codes.

Need someone with experience of these ‘nu flame’ gas fires to get this going as has not been used in a long time. Have tried batteries etc and everything in the manual.
