There are some small cracking to plaster/paint around three windows in our flat. Need a quick repair as selling soon

I’m having some new lights out in as well as air con and new blinds. I would like a decorator repaint the room and the doors as well as refix the fixtures like floating bedside tables and new blinds and sockets etc. It also requires some filler where new air con has been installed and the area of the blinds to look nice before the new paint is applied. Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm. I have the paint ready to go! It’s already white and will be painted a yellow/cream white colour. A fixed wardrobe is along one side of the bedroom so only 3 walls to paint! You need to bring your own brushes/decoration tools.

Paint small toilet rest room

I need my apartment painted. I have a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment where the walls and doors need painting with 1-2 coats all in the same colour. Paint will be provided by me but I would need you to bring brushes, etc. Also my shower sealant replaced with water / mould proof sealant.
