A section of external textured render along the bottom of an exterior wall has cracked, come loose and started to break away. There is a fairly long open separation along the lower edge, with some areas already missing. I am looking for an experienced renderer/external plasterer to carry out a proper localised repair, including: Check/tap the surrounding render and identify any loose or hollow areas. Remove all loose or failed render back to a sound edge. Prepare the exposed background properly. Repair the damaged lower strip and corner area. Use suitable external base/render coats and reinforcing mesh where appropriate. Match the existing textured finish as closely as reasonably possible. Ensure the wall/flat-roof junction is left properly weatherproof. Protect the existing flat-roof covering during the work. Remove all debris afterwards. I am not looking for the cracks simply to be filled with silicone/filler — I want the loose render properly removed and repaired. Access: The affected area is immediately above a flat roof and should be relatively straightforward to access, potentially by ladder/tower and working from the flat-roof area. I am hoping full scaffolding will not be necessary, but the tradesperson should assess and provide whatever safe access arrangements are appropriate. Please include any access equipment and protection of the flat roof within the quote. Please quote for labour, materials, access and waste removal all included. Remove the existing foam layer from the ceiling, then fit new plasterboard throughout the ceiling, leaving all surfaces prepared and ready for skimming. Looking for a handyman/carpenter to insulate and internally finish a 15ft x 8ft timber garden shed/summer house. Scope of work: Install insulation to walls and roof (foil/multifoil or equivalent). Tape and seal insulation joints where required. Fit thin plywood (approx. 3–6mm) or similar boarding over the insulation to provide a neat finish suitable for occasional home office use. Floor does NOT require insulation or covering. Shed dimensions: approximately 15ft x 8ft. Please note: This is not a full garden office conversion. Remove a wooden plinth that has been built around a chimney breast. The plinth was built to mount a TV onto and house an electric fire so we also need the electric fire removed as part of the work

The gutter above my bay window has come away from the roof, so water is getting in behind it . It needs to be re-secured and sealed to ensure proper drainage

External Roof Repair: ​Cut out rot: A small section of the flat roof plywood has rotted due to a leak where birds tore away a patch of felt. Need to cut back the old felt and remove the rotten section of timber.
