Hi, looking for an experienced local plumber in the Uxbridge / Hillingdon area. There’s an ongoing leak under the bathroom vanity unit that’s caused water staining and black mould on the wall, skirting board, and floor tiles in the corner. The unit is white with a white basin on top. We’ve stopped using this sink for now.Diagnose and fix the source of the leak (likely under the vanity – supply or waste pipes) Access under/behind the unit if needed (happy for the vanity to be carefully removed if required) Advise on the extent of the water damage and whether the vanity unit needs replacing Clean or treat the moulded areas if possible, or recommend next steps Photos/video available of the damage. Take old machine out and put new one in

Install replacement shower pump and connect it to power supply in airing cupboard. Pipes to showers are already in place. Old pump has just worn out.

Hi, I’m based in UB10 and have all fittings ready (Speedfit 15 mm pipe, elbows, T-joint, washing machine valve, and drain kit). I need a plumber to: • Connect a cold-water feed under the sink • Route pipe and waste hose to right-hand side under the counter • Install and test a new dishwasher Power supply is ready and access is clear. All materials supplied – just need professional install and drilling for hose access. There’s no current water feed or waste pipe where I want to place it, so I’ll need: • A cold water feed split from the sink • A waste connection added to the sink trap • A hole drilled through the cabinet to run the hoses • Installation of the new appliance (once it arrives) There’s a power socket nearby. Had a new shower put in. The thermostatic cartridge (see picture) was faulty so the manufacturers have sent me a new one. How much to replace it in the mixer bar (labour only)?
