One of the gas burners on the hob isn’t working and needs to be checked and fixed.

This is a very simple request, but not an easy job. Just need the shower. Remove the bath removed and a walking shower put in. Which will be suppliers. On the first floor, so I need to make sure that the right train is used and design so that the water doesn’t flood.

There is dampness on the wall in the kitchen, coming from outside. Need it looked at with a diagnoses and a quote to fix

Integrated dishwasher is leaking water From the bottom of the front door… unsure whether it just needs a new seal or not.

Water leaks from from both the tip and base of the tap . It has loosened up the tap and recently it started leaking from the pipes too. I might need to change the tap but i need a proffessional opinion and lndlord’s approval first so the first time will be a check up and potential fixings but not the actual tap changing - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 10 December 2023

Hot water doesn't work most of the times in one of the showers. Everywhere else in the house works fine though. There is probably a problem with the mixing valve.
