We would like 15m straight section of drain running from our man hole to the main sewer connection cleaned (it’s not blocked).

Two wobbly faucets, no hot water upstairs and a stuck drain cork. Needs sorting.

Our outside tap is leaking when it's turned on through the top handle/spindle which is problematic when we connect it to a computer for watering. Can this be fixed i.e. can o-ring/top valve be replaced or shall the whole tap need to be changed?

No water flowing from my electric shower, but there is still electricity running. I think there is an internal issue

Our boiler has broken twice now with the same part leaking, I believe it has been the expansion tank twice now. The gas safety inspector that spotted the latest leak suggested that it was likely mineral build up and that it needed descaling or cleaning as well as another new expansion tank. Assuming this is all correct please let me know what this will cost and your availability this week. The boiler is an Ecotec plus 630. Thank you.

Repair needed on roof as water is penetrating through ceiling and walls in kitchen. There is an overflow pipe on the the roof which has been addressed in the past, not sure if this is the issue but need the leaking to stop.
