Shower head dripping continuously when shower off. Probably needs new flow valve or washer. Currently can't get sleeve in photo off - spins but doesn't come off.

I have installed my replacement kitchen tap (like for like) but there is a leak that I'd like fixed please as well as have someone check that everything has been installed correctly. I think the leak is coming from the part with the blue button (see photo)

Only very hot water is coming out of the shower. The thermostatic temperature control (red on the right) is not responding and does not reduce the temperature
