Remove washbasin and countertop and cap plumbing in utility room

Problem persists in mine and my neighbours flat. Could be a fix with one pipe, but loud noise and tap runs when shower is on or a toilet flushes

We are on the top floor flat and have a leak rather coming from our bath or the dishwasher (both walls back onto each other)

Sage coffee machine leaking water instead of making coffee

- Replace the current shower with a similar model (the handle has broken on ours and the diverter isn't working) - It is a traditional style thermostatic shower. We have a leak in our hot water tank in the loft that is coming through to the ceiling. Previously we have had a small valve leak fixed but this is now a big leak that is soaking towels. We have turned off the hot water and the tank has totally lost pressure.
