Find an experienced local plumber in Kilburn

Kitchen sink was clogged last night and used a plunger to unclog- woke up this morning and room tub and sink both clogged and smelling. Flat is on the 1st floor. Need full drain clearing.

Advice required before confirming job: Task 1: install handheld bidet to toilet (similar to the attached screenshot) - advice needed on whether this is possible. Picture of actual toilet and pipe attached. Task 2: change tap/shower head to alternative with overhead and handheld, that allows for easier temperature control rather than mixer. Advice required on what is possible.. picture of current attached. Note I have not yet purchased the parts. Changes should not be permanent as this is a rental.

We have issues with water pressure and our shower temperature going from hot to cold to hot. I need someone with plumbing experience to come and have a look.

A standard toilet flushing panel built into the wall above the toilet has come off, and it need it fixed back on.

There is a small leak underneath the sink of one of our bathroom. The leak is coming between the seal of the sink and the pipe below the sink. We'd love you to fix this. We'd also like your opinion about a very small but persistent leak in the ceiling in a different room.

Leaking sink, probably gasket needs replacing.

I have a leak on from the toilet tank onto the toilet leading to continues waste of clean water. I believe its a seal thats gone bad, but I cannot confirm. Also I have a blocked drainage from the shower room to the Masarator, that doesnt activate the masarator due to slow throughput.

Plumbing work. Flush tank is not filling properly nor is it flush mechanism working

My out side garden tap ,very old it leaks ,which makes it difficult to put a garden hose ,because water goes everywhere, waste of water and damages the wall side

I need a plumber to unclog the drain in my shower, it's not fully blocked but it's about to, need to have power drain cleaner (it happened last year and only that fixed it)

We have slight dripping from under the kitchen sink pipes but can not find the source so we need someone to come check and tighten and solve the dripping issue.

The pump on the toilet in my attick room is broken so needs replaced. I can order the new one but need someone to come and fit it

Old toilet cistern with plastic parts. Fill valve not closing so water wasted constantly by overflowing. No leak, just constant overflow.

Looking for a plumber to install a bidet shower in the second bathroom. Pictures show both the water pipe and the bidet to be installed. Water cannot be shut off at the mains however there is a shut off valve on the pipe.

Only lukewarm water comes out the shower even on the maximum setting, but all the other taps release hot water.

The kitchen sink is blocked and water is not draining out.
