Read below about flat. Flat is 4th floor in a block of flats with no lift, just stairs. I have bought all the relevant furniture and supplies. I just need someone to come assemble all the furniture and add the shower to the bathtub tap with their toolbox. The parts are all ready. Pictures show what has been purchased and needs assembling.

We believe one of the drain pipe below corner of the shower is leaking. Remove boxing, inspect pipes and repair as required. New boxing, tiling and mastic around.

Leaking pipe coming through extractor fan - suspect is the over spill but either way is not great atm

There is a leak coming from a brown valve/pipe fitting near the ceiling (see photo attached). Water is dripping slowly from the fitting, and there are rust marks where it has been leaking. The fitting is located near the ceiling, so a small step ladder may be required.
