I’m looking for an experienced plumber to resolve several issues in a bathroom. The work involves adjustments to an existing installation rather than a full refit. Please see details below. Scope of Work: 1. Toilet height issue * The toilet currently sits too low. * A straight pan connector was previously installed, which appears to be causing the problem. * The toilet likely needs to be raised, possibly using an offset pan connector. * I’m unsure which connector is required, so I’ll need the plumber to advise and supply/install the correct part. 2. Toilet flush/pusher * The toilet pusher/button at the back needs to be installed. 3. Vanity unit levelling * The vanity unit is not level. * Both the base and the top need to be levelled so the height matches the adjacent side surface. 4. Vanity taps adjustment * The taps are loose and need tightening. * The tap levers are incorrectly aligned: they currently face forward when “off” and should be facing outwards. * Adjust alignment and secure properly. 5. Plug replacement * Replace the existing plug with a push-to-popup (click clack) waste. Additional Information: * Property is in Central London (King’s Cross area). * Please factor in congestion charge if applicable. * Looking for someone with good experience in bathroom installations and adjustments. * Ideally looking for a tidy, professional finish.

Leaking pipe coming through extractor fan - suspect is the over spill but either way is not great atm

There is a leak coming from a brown valve/pipe fitting near the ceiling (see photo attached). Water is dripping slowly from the fitting, and there are rust marks where it has been leaking. The fitting is located near the ceiling, so a small step ladder may be required.

Our toilet requires a new syphon and filling valve, and the toilet pan needs to be re-siliconed. The cistern screws have corroded and there is no fixing back to the wall or floor, so it needs fixing. The job's near King's Cross - just inside the congestion zone. Cheers
