Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm. Do let me know if you’d like to arrange this. Due to our tenants work commitments the work can only be carried out on a Saturday. Many thanks!

I would like someone to remove the wallpaper from the ceiling above the stairway (I have a wallpaper removal steamer) and paint the ceiling white, alongside painting the edges of the walls we can’t reach (as pictured - it’s a small area). Please note the ceiling is above the stairs and therefore a ladder will be needed to reach. Polyfiller has been used to fill a 10cm square hole in the ceiling. This needs to be sanded down and smoothened before painting the ceiling.
