Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm. I have these spot lights in my kitchen, I want someone to take them all out and fill the hole smoothly with plaster and then paint the ceiling white.

Polyfiller has been used to fill a 10cm square hole in the ceiling. This needs to be sanded down and smoothened before painting the ceiling.

We had a wall that had a leak. The leak and wall are repaired, we just need someone who will come and decorate the area that is ruined. See the pics below. It isn’t a big area and it just needs to be painted - there is the wall, the ceiling and also the skirting is a little ruined so we need that to be painted. I do think you will need to sand slightly. Some stains from cooking on the walls to be covered up on sections of two walls. Per the final photo, a glass bottle of oil fell from a cupboard and smashed and splattered oil stains on a section of wall. I tried to get some of it off but ending up taking some of the paint off. I would like the affected area to be repainted. I am unable to provide the paint but it just a general magnolia colour / am happy for it to be any neutral white cream colour.
