Need an experienced window frame tasker to replace the corner drive inside the Schuco window frame. I have the replacement part already, see image. Only reply if you are familiar with this type of window frames.

The metal framing around our office window has come loose, which has also caused the latch to loosen. When it’s windy, the window sometimes opens on its own, and there’s now a crack in the glass. We’d like someone to help secure the metal framing and fix the latch so it’s stable again. It's an old design. so we need someone that can be creative if needed to make this fix.

The side of my window has split and come away from the hinge. I need it repaired and reattached. Please ignore budget, happy to discuss.

Require window frame and sill to be stripped back of existing paint, sanded and repainted (undercoat and top coat). Please bring your own tools and paint.

1. Sand and re paint front door internally and externally. Provide paint (Navy blue and white). 2. Paint around a window frame following some damage. Provide paint (white). 3. Replace and fit a new bracket for external pipe following damage. See photo.

When pulling the blinds up, the bracket attached to the window frame completely came off. It looks like the material used wasn’t strong enough to hold the blinds. Not sure what needs done

There are internal windows in our flat between the kitchen and the hallway. There are wooden frames around the windows. We have tried to strip them of paint, but need someone to help with the sanding down to make even.

I have very old metal window frames in my flat. They have rusted and recently, one of the levers for the window just snapped off, and a part of it has gone missing. It needs repairing. I've shown the broken one in an image and a functioning one to compare. Also, one of the other windows has a hinge that is about to snap so it would be good to repair this too. And another handle is quite wobbly.
