1. Install the aluminium flashing I already have between the house wall and the pergola to seal the gap and make it weatherproof. The flashing should be securely fixed to the wall with suitable masonry fixings and sealed with an exterior-grade silicone. 2. Secure the pergola to the patio by drilling through the pergola legs and the patio tiles into the concrete base below, then bolting the legs down with appropriate fixings. Please bring the necessary tools for drilling masonry, tiles and aluminium, along with any fixings and weatherproof sealant required. Photos are attached showing the existing gap. I am flexible with the amount offered.

B&Q blind trimmed to fit and then installed

We have a set of 3 Markilux awnings and one of these are not retracting back… stuck in the open position. All three are motor driven retractable awnings- the other two are working fine.

The quote should include dismantling the shed, removing all timber, roofing felt, glazing (if any) and all associated debris, with legal disposal of all waste. Please leave the concrete base and surrounding area swept and tidy. There is reasonable access to the shed from the garden. Price must include all labour, loading, transport and disposal costs.

Bath tub support timber has broken and needs replacement

I need a handy person/flooring specialist to: Loft hatch: - Ceiling loft hatch catch is no longer closing properly, so the hatch stays open. - Job is to supply and fit a new catch / latch or adjust the existing mechanism so the hatch closes securely. Luxury floor tiles: - Several luxury vinyl floor tiles (slats) have separated and lifted slightly, leaving visible gaps. - I have spare matching slats/tiles available. - Job is to refit or replace the affected pieces, ensure they are level with the surrounding floor, and minimise visible gaps. Please include your labour cost, any materials you expect to need (adhesive etc.), and an estimate of how long the job will take. I can share more photos and measurements if needed.

A remote sensor needs to be put inside an already installed ceiling fan and a new ceiling fan needs to be installed in another room. Preferably before the heat wave 😅

The doors no longer open all the way out. We are missing part of the door handle to be able to open it. It needs a new handle so we can open the doors all the way along
