The house was fully professionally painted in December 2025, so the walls are in excellent condition—I just need some minor "snagging" done from moving furniture and daily use. 1. Paint Touch-ups (Across the House): Touching up minor scuff marks and small chips on walls and door frames in various rooms. This is a simple job as the paint is only 2 months old. Materials: I have the original leftover paint tins ready to use, so no color matching is required. As it's for multiple areas, a top-up tin may be required You will just need to provide your own brushes, small rollers, and drop sheets. 2. Kitchen Drawer Repair: One kitchen drawer is sagging/sticking and likely needs the side runners/slides replaced. Please inspect and advise if I need to buy specific parts, or if you can supply standard runners (I will reimburse the cost with a receipt). Requirements: Please bring your own tools (screwdrivers, drills, painting supplies). Experience with basic cabinetry hardware is essential. Must be careful with flooring/furniture (use drop sheets)
