I have an old 80s bannister and horizontal supporting rails which I need removing, the newel posts made good (sanding, filling and painting) and the new Stairfurb base rail, spindles and handrail installed and newel caps. The Stairfurb system is DIY and made to measure. It should just need screwing in. I’ve attached pictures of the current setup and what it will look like finished. Prepare and paint: - top of a small mantelpiece (photo attached) plus inside 2 wardrobes - 1 bedroom window wall with skirtings & finish main room including rectifying a few poor paint lines. (Photos attached) Paint and primer and filler already bought but do bring everything else: trays, dust sheets, rollers: dust sheets etc. One air vent needs replacing and painting over (photo attached) 2. Very small jobs such as Check batteries to ensure both doorbells and 2 remotes are working. Fix shelves that have fallen & a cupboard that doesn't close, & switch round a couple of cupboard doors.(photo) 3. finish Reassembling IKEA bookcase - most already done (photo attached once assembled). It seems all bits are already affixed to the wood. (1st Photo showing fastenings to parts is next to mantelpiece) 4. hang a couple of curtain poles/ wires, holdbacks, small shelves & pictures. 5. Remove urinal (actually simple) but also seal off. (Photo attached) Quote to exclude materials. Please include your availability and clarify if you clean up post your job & if willing to take rubbish to the bins. Finally, small items such as the air vent, spring tension wire, an escutcheon, tiny shelf brackets etc. will need purchasing. Many thanks

A remote sensor needs to be put inside an already installed ceiling fan and a new ceiling fan needs to be installed in another room. Preferably before the heat wave 😅

The doors no longer open all the way out. We are missing part of the door handle to be able to open it. It needs a new handle so we can open the doors all the way along
