I need someone to help build a garden shed (3mx4m, metal shed). It will be a solid concrate foundation. I already have all the materials, including the shed itself.

Bodytrain 7001 treadmill has power but will not load/boot console and function keys properly. LED's work but never completes the load. I plugged a power source directly to the motors and they work. I think it might be a problem with the round PCB in the control assembly which appears to be the brains of the machine. This board has 22020422 ALK07001_UI-DN-V10 printed on it.

Toilet seat is loose and needs repairing.

2 Bedroom Roman blinds the pully rope has broken and needs fixing.

This table lamp has stopped working and whenever I try and plug it in it trips the entire circuit. I have tried new bulb and replaced fuse - neither seem to work. Could it be wiring in the lamp itself?

Install 180cm wide venetian blind over kitchen sink

Garage door broke when opening (electric). Hinge on one side had broken. Managed to replace broken bolt with threaded bolt as temporary measure. Photos show broken park and temporary bolt in place. Can open and close door manually but it needs balancing, a proper fix for the broken bolt and back working with the electric door opener.

We are restoring the property and the fireplace is rather dated and essentially falling apart. We would be looking to have the tiles removed and replaced (similar colour to those that are already laid on the floor) and inside the fireplace the bricks are all crumbling and falling apart. Also the Cast Iron on the side seems to be unsecured and bent back so that would also need fixing. Open on pricing but near to £600 would be great but open for conversations.

I wondered if you might know a good, reliable handyman who could help me fix some plaster and sealant work around the pipework in my toilet — nothing structural, just needs re-sealing and a bit of making good around the pipes. I’ve attached a couple of photos so you can see what I mean. Any recommendation would be much appreciated.

Very old house and conservatory don't have funds to replace right now. Need internal and external cracks filled /blocked as we're getting ants. Edging and 5-10 holes. I have different sealants/fillers and gaffer tape!

A remote sensor needs to be put inside an already installed ceiling fan and a new ceiling fan needs to be installed in another room. Preferably before the heat wave 😅

The doors no longer open all the way out. We are missing part of the door handle to be able to open it. It needs a new handle so we can open the doors all the way along
