There are a few bits around the house that need doing- there 2 bits of coving missing in 2 rooms, bath panel needs fixing into place, covers for where tiles meet flooring or carpet. Happy to provide photos. I dont have the materials to do the work. It needs to be done before Saturday 13th preferably between 9 am and 5 pm.

We are getting the landlords cert done soon and need to get this plug socket fixed back to the wall/tiles so it will pass the inspection.

Just need a minor leak fixed under the kitchen sink.

Hinges came off chipboard ,need to make move hinges lower were chipboard is still intact.Hinges and screws all available and still in good condition

Install a bidet seat attachment to existing WC. Take a water feed from the WC fill valve line using a T-adapter, with isolation and backflow protection. Create a clean, grommeted hole in the WC cabinet/panel to route the flexible hose from the cistern void to the bidet control. Make good all openings; leave installation neat, safe, and leak-free.

Hiya, I would like to have the following task done; - 3 light fitting changed, - 4 decorative lamp fixed to the wall -1 Curtain railing put up, - 2 room window blinds - 3 floating shelf hanging. - Revamp my hallway closet to a coat hanger and shoe closet ( p.s the water tank used to be housed here so needs some mdf et al to pervent molds. I have the paints but might require extra woods to make the shelves) Thanks

Following a recently completed loft conversion, we have a total of 84 square meters of ceiling in 4 rooms which need to be fitted with semi rigid rockwool insulation and plasterboard. The loft already has wooden partition framing installed. However, except for one room, the other rooms in the loft do not yet have plasterboard or semi-rigid rock wall installed. Insulation: Two layers of semi rigid rock wool to be fitted in between the loft roof joists, leaving an air gap above, with already fitted first fix electrical cables for lights to be left hanging through ready for plaster-boarding. The first layer is 100mm insulation and the second layer either 100mm or 50mm insulation. Insulation is compression fitted. Plaster-boarding: Single layer of 15mm fire board to be fitted to 84 sq meters of loft ceiling joists. Other details. There are no stairs. Access via a ladder only. Plasterboard and insulation already in loft. Plasterboard screws supplied. Floor to ceiling height is 2.4 meters high. A 40cm high hopper is onsite to stand on. 4 telescopic plasterboard jacks also onsite. Looking for fitting within next 10 days.

The two roman blinds need restringing however one has fallen down which suggests that it has come away from its velcro which attaches to a wooden pole

Hello my string on my blind vroke abd desperately need to get it fixed this week.

I’ve got a bathroom door that is too ‘tight’ to shut properly (it needs sanding until it fits perfectly) and a fridge that needs to be moved fwd slightly so the doors can open without hitting the cupboard unit (something will be to be put behind it to stop it going back to its old position).
