I’m landlord and need an honest, motivated, all-round handyman to assist with maintenance of a couple of rental properties. Duties will range from plastering (patching up), garden maintenance, pointing, guttering, flat roof repair, building experience or bricklaying fixing leaks, sealing window frames, basic electrical ability, some plumbing knowledge also advantageous. Good all round knowledge of property maintenance. Properties are based in Fallowfield, Mcr. You’ll also need access to a van as it will be necessary to pick up building supplies. I am able to assist if you need a hand with some things. Happy to negotiate an hourly rate or a day rate, realistically there’s around 100 hours of solid work with ongoing work. I’m thinking in the region of £50-£100 per day over so please let me know your rate based on this amount of regular business. 1 week budget specified on Airtasker. Can be flexible with start datea
