I need to replace some door handles at my address (8 doors in total). I want the knob type twist to open handles instead of the pull down handles that are already there.

I am looking for someone to help me choose nice pieces for the wall (which I can order and pay for separately, from somewhere like Ikea/John Lewis/Wayfair etc), and to come and install them.

Job is to wire a small children’s lamp which currently has no wiring/bulb. This is a night light, so need a v small, warm bulb (orange or yellow) which doesn’t get too hot, and a wire with in line switch and plug attached. Plain white is fine but if there are other options I’d like to see, as it’s a vintage lamp. I’m happy to order materials, or this quote could be for materials included.

Our kitchen sink is constantly getting clogged and then water fills the basin and is very slow to clear. Every time we clear it, it gets clogged up again, especially after we use the washing machine. We've had a number of plumbers come and work on it, and we've tried many things ourselves, but we haven't found a permanent fix yet. We've done suctioning/vacuuming, using air pressure/pumping with plungers to clear the pipes, using a snake from ScrewFix, and trying draino made from caustic soda. And lots and lots of vinegar (and sometimes with baking soda). We have a strainer that catches food from going down the sink, so I don't think it's food related. We are also careful not to put oil down the sink. We believe it's somehow related to the washing machine, but unsure how. The problem started not long after we had a new washing machine installed. Anyways, we're looking for an expert drainage specialist with the necessary equipment to see where the the blockage is occurring, help us understand what is causing it, and permanently clearing it and stopping it from occurring again.

The top bit of sliding door came off its track. So I just remove the entire door from it track.

I need a kitchen sink drainage specialist who can help us sort out a deep clog. We've already had a plumber come and try to address the problem. However, that only turned out to be a temporary fix, because it came back with a vengeance. It is unclear what is causing the clog, and how far down the pipe the clog is. But we've tried all the typical stuff, pouring chemicals, plungers, vacuums, snakes, etc. Additionally, due to the inability of the pipe to drain, it looks like water has now leaked into the bottom of the dishwasher, and is leaking out onto the kitchen floor as well. When we turned on the laundry machine yesterday, it caused the kitchen sink to overflow. We don't dare try turning on the dishwasher at the moment for fear of making it worse. We've been surviving for now by emptying the water by hand into the hallway bathroom sink. Otherwise, the water level currently doesn't really move. I need someone who specializes in unclogging deep clogs in the undersink piping or in the kitchen walls. And need them to come to the flat ASAP. Jimmy

The belt of treadmill keeps going to one side when in use, tried adjusting tension with a bolt but doesn't seem to fix it. The belt just needs to be realligned and centred so it doesn't come off centre or go to one side and then eventually folds. Model: Zelus Treadmill Home 2.0HP

Please provide quote, the value I put is just an arbitrary figure.! Remove 7 internal doors in the flat, and dispose of them (or keep if you can use them yourself!), And fit 7 new doors. I have all the materials (so the new doors , handles and hinges and tubular locks). Free parking and not in congestion zone.
