Floorboards: A small number of cut access holes in the floorboards where investigations were carried out. These need to be properly infilled/repaired so the floor is structurally sound before the carpet is refitted. Carpet: The carpet has been lifted due to water damage. We either need help refitting the existing carpet (if suitable once fully dry) or advice/assistance with replacing a small section if required. Bathroom skirting and side panel: The side panel of the bath was removed during leak investigation and needs refitting/resecuring and some skirting repairs would need to be done.
