Hello, there are two minor repairs required. 1. The door has been difficult to open recently. The door sweep seems to have come loose at the bottom so I think that'll have to be reattached. 2. The pipe under the sink is leaking slightly overtime. I am unsure what the exact cause is, there is a small scratch on the pipe that might need covering up with epoxy or the might just need to be re-attached properly to the sink. I can provide pictures to figure it out before you arrive.
