Hello, there are two minor repairs required. 1. The door has been difficult to open recently. The door sweep seems to have come loose at the bottom so I think that'll have to be reattached. 2. The pipe under the sink is leaking slightly overtime. I am unsure what the exact cause is, there is a small scratch on the pipe that might need covering up with epoxy or the might just need to be re-attached properly to the sink. I can provide pictures to figure it out before you arrive.

My Brother HL-1112 laser printer has stopped feeding paper correctly. I removed a jammed sheet, but now it pulls paper in unevenly — almost as if only one side of the feed mechanism is working. The sheets get scrunched up and won’t go through properly. Looking for someone experienced with printers to come over, check the mechanism, and fix the issue. Repair of 2 x kitchen IKEA cupboard hinges + repair of wall-mounted vacuum cleaner holder. The two cupboard hinges need to be remounted/re-screwed into the plywood side wall of the cupboard because the screw holes are damaged so the hinges don't hold to the walls. The vacuum cleaner holder screw also needs to be re-drilled into the wall to securely mount because it has become loose and damaged the plaster. We would like to repair the wall a bit around the vacuum cleaner holder too please - we have some paint. It doesn't have to be perfect, but a bit of sanding and re-painting would be good.
