I need a metal plate fixed to bottom of bathroom door

replacing an interior door handle for 3 different doors 2 of them being toilet doors

The pipe needs to be changed which there is a whole and it leaks also the tap is wobbly need to be fixed on to the worktop and a cupboard door needs to be put back on
