Experienced handyman needed for several small repairs, furniture assembly and electrical work in a 2-bed flat in Battersea. Electrical experience essential as doorbell needs replacing. My landlady bought a velux blind for the skylight in my bedroom. She told me to install it myself but I've tried now (with a screwdriver, electric screwdriver etc.) and can't figure it out.

Existing motorised blinds use Somfy motors but the original remote control is missing. Looking for someone familiar with Somfy systems to identify the setup and either pair a replacement remote or install a compatible wall control switch. Blinds are powered and operational. Photos attached.

I have a room with a window facing the road. I need to do some caulking of the window in order to reduce the sound that is coming inside the room. Any other techniques to reduce sound is also interesting.
