My landlady bought a velux blind for the skylight in my bedroom. She told me to install it myself but I've tried now (with a screwdriver, electric screwdriver etc.) and can't figure it out.

I need this hole in my drywall fixed, and the tiles re-fitted. I'd estimate the entire area that would need to be cut out between studs is around 80cm in width and 75cm in height. I still have the tiles that have come off and they aren't damaged. Aside from the tiles which I already have, I'd need the materials to be provided as part of the job. There is free parking in a carpark at the front of the building, however, the vehicle would need to be able to fit under an archway, smaller vans do fit through but a large van wouldn't fit.
