Job includes: - Remove old sink and tap - Fit new composite sink - Cut tap hole (needs proper hole saw for granite/composite) - Install new tap - Modify pipework underneath to allow for extra depth Please have the right tools for composite cutting. Want it fitted properly with no leaks.

Hi, I need the attached Kitchen Sinkhole Screw to be unscrewed please so I can clean the area. It's very stubborn, I've tried lubricating it with WD-40 and attempting to unscrew it with no luck.
