"I have water damage on my ceiling with brown stains and cracks in several areas. It looks like there's a plumbing leak from above that needs to be located and fixed. We had somebody rubbish come over and do a terrible job which has left the crack poorly filled in and with an additional hole in the roof that the clown created. Believe it now will need the filler removed, then to be sanded down, filled and evened out again, then finally painted over. I am not sure if its still leaking or if the ceiling is just porous from the existing water damage.

Hello, I purchased a metal gas-lift ottoman bed frame from Amazon approximately 1 year and 6 months ago. Recently, the gas lift mechanism has failed on one side, causing the metal frame to break, making the bed unsafe to use. I have attached photos of the issue.
