A site visit can be arranged before a final quotation. *** Jobs *** - Stair handrails: Refix a loose/missing handrail bracket to a sound structural fixing, may also require strengthening. - Bedroom blind: Refix a blind whose top bracket has pulled away from the ceiling/window reveal. - Bedroom doorframe: Repair damaged timber around one bedroom doorframe and make good the finish. - Bookcase skirting: Cut and finish the living-room skirting board and adjacent bookcase so they meet neatly and sit flush. - Awning: Remove and dispose of broken external mechanical awning. - Proch slab: Rebed one loose external porch slab. - Kitchen floor: Install/level matching floor tiles over an approximately 5.5 m × 0.2 m missing strip. - Door Locks: Replace the existing privacy thumbturn/deadbolt fittings with suitable keyed locks for 5 x internal timber doors - Garden work: Grass cutting, weed removal and moving or disposing of garden debris. - Wood finish: restore wood finish on wooden piano. The finish is worn and damaged, but no structural repairs required. - Leather: clean and recondition existing leather armchairs. The leather is worn but not torn. - Speaker Invetsigation: Trace and identify the existing ceiling-speaker installed by a previous owner, and how to operate - Alarm: Advise how existing outdoor alarm can be safely deactivated, installed by previous owner.

Existing 30 year old fireplace marble? Surround with hearth and mantlepiece. To be removed, hole filled however is needed, and boarded up to look like the existing wall. Plastered but not painted ideally. No idea how much this will cost, so please let me know.
