I have a room in my house that I want to convert into a home gym. The current flooring is carpet, with a carpet underlay on top of wooden floorboards. I would like a rubber gym matting, which I can buy in advance online alongside any additional layer required in-between the rubber matting and wood. The total floor space is 14m squared, 2.91m by 4.44m. Please message me if you have any further questions. I have set a budget at £150, but happy to consider offers should a specialist believe it requires more than this.
