Hey there,I need help replacing my current door handle with a door handle that has a lock& key. (Price can be negotiated, also if you have equipment already that is a plus).

- The door handles in my flat are not secured very tightly. The bathroom is being held together by ducktape - another doesn't fully close. - I have an issue with my sink - there is a leak when too much water goes down, doesn't look to be a very big issue - component is loose. See pictures below
