I have a multitool and mitre cutter which can be used if tools are required. The floor is engineered oak (I believe), and has surface scratches, scuff marks and some black marks from general wear. We have a deck (approx 2.5sqm) and fitted wooden bench (both outdoor, both solid cedar wood). I would like to get them properly sanded back so that they can be refinished with proper wood oil. I don’t have sufficient sanding tools to do this myself.
